1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy covers the MrProducer public website, prelaunch waitlist, and messages sent to the public contact address. It does not yet cover a product account, media upload, generation run, paid plan, or credit purchase. MrProducer will publish the relevant disclosures before those features open.
MrProducer AI is the service named in this notice. Send privacy questions or requests to info@mrproducer.ai.
2. What the public site handles
The current waitlist and contact route handle a small amount of information:
- The email address entered on the waitlist form.
- The time the address joined and a label showing that it came from the website waitlist.
- A server-side evidence record containing the consent sentence, its version, the Privacy and Cookie Notice versions shown, and the server time when consent was recorded.
- Technical request signals processed to validate a submission, rate-limit abuse, and protect the endpoint.
- Anything you choose to include in an email sent to the contact address.
The public waitlist does not ask for prompts, videos, identity documents, payment details, or social-account credentials. Do not email confidential production files or sensitive personal data.
3. Why we use it
MrProducer uses waitlist and contact information to:
- Keep the private-access list and avoid duplicate entries.
- Send the waitlist, beta-access, launch, and product-update emails requested by the person who joined.
- Keep evidence of the request and any acceptance needed to operate the waitlist lawfully.
- Reply to support, privacy, rights, legal, or security messages.
- Stop spam, automated submissions, and attempts to disrupt the website.
- Comply with law and protect MrProducer, its users, and other people.
MrProducer does not sell waitlist information or use a waitlist email to build an advertising profile.
4. Legal bases and your choice
Checking the waitlist consent box and submitting the form is your request to receive waitlist, beta-access, launch, and product-update emails at the address you provide. It is not consent to unrelated advertising. Where law requires a legal basis, MrProducer relies on that request and consent. Security and abuse-prevention processing may rely on legitimate interests or a legal obligation, depending on the law that applies.
You can withdraw that consent and leave the waitlist at any time. Use an unsubscribe option in an email when one is provided, or email the contact address with the subject "Remove my waitlist email." Leaving does not change processing that was lawful before the request.
5. Providers and legal disclosure
Hosting, infrastructure, security, and email providers may process limited information to run the website or send an update you requested. A provider may process that information in another country.
MrProducer may disclose information when required by valid legal process or when reasonably needed to investigate fraud, abuse, a security threat, or a rights complaint. Waitlist information is not supplied to data brokers.
6. How long we keep it
A waitlist entry is kept while the prelaunch access programme is active or until you ask for removal. A limited record may be kept longer when reasonably needed for security, a dispute, or a legal obligation. Duplicate signups do not create extra entries.
After a verified removal request, the address is removed from the active waitlist. A copy may remain for a limited time in routine backups or security records until their normal deletion cycle ends.
MrProducer keeps the minimum suppression record needed to honour an opt-out and prevent accidental re-mailing unless you later rejoin with fresh consent.
A limited acceptance record may be kept after removal when reasonably needed to show when and how the request was made, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. It is then deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law where you live, you may be able to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may also be able to complain to a privacy regulator.
Send a request from the address you joined with to info@mrproducer.ai. MrProducer may ask for enough information to confirm that the request concerns your email address. We will not ask for a password or API key.
8. Cookies and local storage
MrProducer does not currently use optional analytics or advertising trackers. Limited browser storage may be used only to provide requested features, such as remembering an active project or an unfinished production draft in the private creation experience.
The Cookie & Local Storage Notice explains what is used now, how to clear it, and how MrProducer will ask for preferences before adding optional trackers where required.
9. Age, security, and policy changes
The waitlist is for people aged 18 or older. Do not submit a child's email address. If you believe a child has joined, contact us so the entry can be reviewed and removed.
MrProducer uses reasonable measures to protect the information it handles, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
These policies cover the public website and waitlist. Before accounts, uploads, generation, or payments open, MrProducer will publish the terms that apply to those features. Questions can be sent to info@mrproducer.ai.
