1. Agreement and current scope
These Terms govern the MrProducer public website and prelaunch waitlist. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. When you submit your email through the waitlist form, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or join the waitlist.
The product is not publicly available yet. These are not the account, upload, generation, credit, payment, or output-licence terms. MrProducer will show those terms before product access opens and ask users to accept them separately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
Use an email address you control. Do not add someone else, create automated signups, or try to manipulate waitlist access.
3. Waitlist and access
Joining records your interest in product updates and possible private access. It does not guarantee an invitation, priority, availability, launch date, price, feature, or continued operation of the waitlist.
MrProducer may invite people gradually, change access criteria, pause invitations, or close the waitlist. You can ask to leave at any time.
4. Permitted website use
You may use this website to learn about MrProducer, view reel examples, and join the waitlist.
Do not:
- Disrupt the website or bypass its endpoint, rate limits, access gates, or security controls.
- Automate submissions, scrape at a harmful volume, or consume resources in a way that affects other visitors.
- Impersonate a person or organisation, or submit an email address without authority.
- Probe for vulnerabilities outside lawful, good-faith research and responsible reporting.
- Copy or use site material in a way that violates copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
5. Website material
The MrProducer name, interface, copy, artwork, software, and site presentation may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Example reels and third-party marks can carry separate rights.
These Terms let you view the website for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership or give you permission to reproduce, resell, or build a competing copy of the site.
6. What one click and one finished reel mean
The website uses "One idea. One click. One finished cinematic reel." as a short description of V1. After an idea is submitted or selected, one generation action starts a production run intended to return one rendered vertical reel. "One click" refers to starting that run. It does not promise immediate delivery, uninterrupted processing, successful completion on every attempt, or that no review will be needed. "Cinematic" describes the intended creative treatment, not a guaranteed quality level or professional production standard.
"Finished" means the run has assembled and rendered one vertical video. It does not mean one continuous shot, a unique or exclusive result, factual accuracy, exact adherence to the idea, freedom from defects, fitness for a particular use, or readiness to publish without review. It also does not promise continuity across generated scenes. Faces, characters, bodies, voices, accents, clothing, locations, props, lighting, style, text, captions, timing, and other details may change or contain errors. V1 does not include consistent-character generation, avatars, or voice cloning. Review every reel and clear the required rights before publishing or relying on it.
7. Prelaunch descriptions and no warranties
The public website, waitlist, product previews, example reels, and descriptions of proposed features are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrProducer disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
MrProducer does not warrant that the website or any described future feature will meet your requirements, achieve an intended result, match an example reel, work with another product or platform, remain available, or operate without interruption, delay, security issue, or error. It also does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, quality, performance, or reliability of a preview, description, example, or proposed result.
Product previews and example reels illustrate possible creative direction, not a guaranteed result. Features, workflows, specifications, availability, and presentation may change before release. No statement on the website creates a warranty unless these Terms expressly say that it does.
8. Limits on responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrProducer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use the public website or waitlist, or from reliance on a preview, example reel, proposed feature, or product description. This applies even if MrProducer was told that such loss was possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights. These limits apply only to the extent the law permits. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
9. Updates and contact
MrProducer may update these Terms as the public website changes. The current text will remain on this page. Product terms will be presented separately before account access, uploads, generation, or payment.
Questions can be sent to info@mrproducer.ai.
These policies cover the public website and waitlist. Before accounts, uploads, generation, or payments open, MrProducer will publish the terms that apply to those features. Questions can be sent to info@mrproducer.ai.
